📦 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns/exchanges.

  • Sale items, accessories, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Online orders must be returned by mail at the customer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

All payments are due at the time of purchase. We do not offer holds or layaways at this time.

  • We ship via USPS with standard delivery times of 3–7 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Southern Vogue Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.

  • Please note that we only ship during business days (if you place an order on Friday then your order will not be shipped until Monday).
